Have you read “From Turkey To Mistletoe”? Mitch is from Tabor, and he plans to bring Jenna home with him, one of these days.

Welcome to Tabor Hts., OH.

It’s a nice little town, with a university, a community theater, a historic downtown district, and people who will become like family if you take the time to get to know them.

Walk around the Triangle downtown. Stop in at Rick’s Bakery for a fresh-baked cookie. Visit the library. Step down the street to the Metroparks. Get your groceries at Heinke’s. Look for some bargains at Penny Pincher. Have some legal questions? Stop in at Common Grounds Legal Clinic. Like coffee? Check out the Perk and Perch.

Love theater? Check out Homespun Theater.

Want a good Christian radio station? We have one, at the edge of town. WEGL – The Eagle. If you’re among the night owls, listen to the Midnight Show, with Jon Whitcomb-Riley.

Looking for a new church? Tabor Christian is alive and growing. It’s easy to find – right in the middle of town, just off the Triangle area, a block from the city hall complex, just past the Post Office, on Church Street. You’ll love it there.

In fact, most of the people you’re going to meet in Tabor, in the coming months and years, attend Tabor Christian.

What else is coming up in Tabor?

The next story I’ve turned in is called “In the Air, On the Air,” and tells the story of Gina, Bailey’s best friend, and midnight shift DJ Jon Whitcomb-Riley.

Jake Conrad has come to Tabor as a troubleshooter for Manchester Industrial. He runs into Bailey Malone on Sunday morning, right in front of Rick’s Bakery, and on a whim, follows her to church, just up the street to Tabor Christian. Then he realizes her name is familiar – Bailey is on the list of suspects responsible for the problems at Manchester. Bailey has problems of her own. When her father died, she inherited his shares in SafetyNet, the company he started. Unfortunately, she inherited co-ownership with Jayne Carpenter, widow of her father’s partner. Jayne owns more shares than Bailey, and she’s been making Bailey’s life miserable, trying to get Bailey to quit working at SafetyNet and sell her shares to Jayne. Something is going on behind the scenes, and as Jake investigates and gets to know Bailey and the Singles group at Tabor Christian, he sets out to find out who the real guilty party is, so he can prove Bailey is innocent.
