Twenty
years ago, Toni's big sister, Angel, was killed by her secret boyfriend.
She was 12 years old. Now, details about the White Rose Killer seem
eerily familiar. Toni returns to Tabor Heights to seek justice for her
sister. Curt Mehdlang found Angel's body. He doesn't like the risk Toni
is taking -- especially since she looks like all the White Rose's
victims -- but he agrees with her theory. He sets out to protect her and
seek justice for Angel, as well as stop the White Rose before he
punishes yet another "true love" for betraying him.
